@caleblittle12 I realize that, I thought that he didn’t have a supporting foot when he released the disc. I slowed it down and its tough to tell because you can’t see the bottom of his foot. It didn’t look like he released the disc in time, maybe he did.

All the putts thrown at 2:00 look to be outside of 10m, so you only have to have one support point behind your lie when you throw.
